RMK Tartu office building

A 2-storey building made primarily with CLT and glulam and adjacent storage building with glulam frame and timber walls. Full-size -1 storey made with concrete. Fire resistance R60, R30 for storage building.

Structural engineering from preliminary design to work and shop drawings by Makespace OÜ in collaboration with Streng OÜ. Modelled in 3D using BIM capable software.
