Saue parish municipal building

A 2-storey building made primarily with CLT and glulam. External in-situ concrete retaining wall and elaborate timber structure for external archways. Fire resistance R60.

Structural engineering from preliminary design to work and shop drawings by Makespace OÜ in collaboration with Kavern OÜ. Modelled in 3D using BIM capable software.
