A 3-storey school with the 2 top floors made primarily with CLT and glulam. Prefab reinforced concrete evacuation staircases also acting as cores for building. Fire resistance R60.

Structural engineering from preliminary design to work and shop drawings by Makespace OÜ in collaboration with Novarc Group AS. Modelled in 3D according to RKAS BIM requirements.
